Manufacturing technology:
1) Lost wax precision casting

Materials & heat treatment:
– White cast iron GX300CrMo15 3, hardened to 65+2HRC

– White cast iron WMO-4, hardened to 67+2HRC
Extreme lifetime, chemical composition and heat treatment are developed and tested by us in operating conditions.

2) Machining

Materials & heat treatment:
– Tool steel 1.2436 hardened and tempered to 64+2HRC

– High speed steel 1.3343 hardened and tempered to 65+2HRC
Extreme lifetime when used with abrasives that do not contain mineral components, e.g. foundry molding sand.
